All products are delivered electronically via email.
Delivery
After payment confirmation, customers receive activation instructions by email. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Their device supports eSIM
Their device is unlocked
Their device is compatible with the purchased plan
We are not responsible for incompatibility issues.
Usage
Data plans are subject to carrier network availability and fair usage policies.
Limitation of Liability
EZ Connect is not liable for:
Network interruptions
Device incompatibility
Customer configuration errors
Indirect or consequential damages
