Refund Policy – EZ Connect
Effective Date: March 2026
Because our products are digital eSIM plans, refunds are limited.
Refunds may be issued if:
• The eSIM QR code was not delivered
• The eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue on our side
• A duplicate payment occurred
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
• The eSIM QR code was successfully delivered
• The device is not eSIM compatible
• The device is carrier locked
• The eSIM was installed incorrectly by the user
• The customer changes their mind after delivery

• Order number
• Description of the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
